My biggest fear is going to the bathroom and I have run out of toilet paper

Once in a dump yard, far,far away, there lived many stray dogs. an unknown dog scavenged around the dump yard looking for food for the pups. There was another dog there, a little Scottish Terrier as well as a little German Shepherd puppy. The protaganist here is a black lab who has a litter of five puppies. The unknown dog( the black lab) had a friend who was a Shiba-Inu. The Shiba's  mate had only three puppies, sadly, three of them died from falling over together onto a pile of shattered glass.

The Shiba and his mate were distraught over the loss of their pups. The mate spent every night for five days howling herself to sleep. And across the road, there was a big pile of rubble and garbage where, underneath, was a man who was  at an unknown age. Nothing left was seen of him, lying in the rubble, eradicated.

The Unknown Dog went to fetch some food for everyone of the dogs at the dump yard. Walking down a field, it was starting to become nighttime, so the dog decided to sleep on top of the hill. In the morning the dog left the field and came across a freeway. It was a very long freeway with cars going sixty kilometers an hour. The dog had been brave enough to cross the highway, making a horrible mistake. And then...blackness. The dog had been run over and had passed out. She had been hit by a truck.

The Shiba had left to get food because his friend had not come back with any yet. The Shiba had come to a freeway, the same one the Unknown Dog came across. The Shiba had seen the silhouette of a dog on the road. He went to inspect, and to his horrifying discovery, he had found his friend lying on the ground, dead? Alive? He had to drag the body to the side of the freeway, to help the dog.

Woken up, the Unknown Dog saw the face of her friend, The Shiba, who all along had a name. His name was Shire. Shire had protected her from the cars that had speeded across the highway. On the Unknown Dog's nose, she saw an orange butterfly, which was a sign of her relief and happiness
